SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Domestic Delivery :

Domestic orders are usually shipped within 7-10 business days between Monday to Friday. 

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before they return it to us. The customer will have to pay extra after the 2nd delivery attempt. 

International Delivery : 

International orders are usually shipped within 7-10 business days between Monday to Friday. We use Fedex and DHL services for International deliveries.

Orders are processed from our warehouse in Noida,  India.

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout.

We have tied up with the leading delivery partners/ courier companies across India to provide timely & safe delivery. 

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before they return it to us. The customer will have to pay extra after the 2nd delivery attempt.

Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.

Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order(if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any part cancellation of the order may incur shipping charges on the balance order where Free delivery is not applicable. 

  • Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
PAYMENT

We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:

  • Credit cards – Mastercard, Visa and American Express
  • Net Banking – all major banks
  • Debit Carts – all major banks

If your card has been debited multiple times at the payment gateway(s) while making a single purchase, call our customer care at Ph: +91 9910339015 or mail us at customercare@homesnbeyond.com and we will resolve it for you.
Our customer care team is available from Monday to Friday , from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm.

Cancelation, Exchange & Returns

Cancellation: 

You can send a cancel request on customercare@homesnbeyond.com , the order can only be cancelled if it is not shipped.

Return & Exchange: 

You can return or exchange the order within 3 days of delivery of the product, to return / exchange please mail us at customercare@homesnbeyond.com

Our return policy is very flexible and customer friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, we welcome exchanges on the following terms –

If a wrong product has been received

If you identify a manufacturing defect on the received product

If the product is received in a damaged condition

If the product doesn’t fit into your desired expectation we will be refunding you the amount of the bought product after taking out the partial cost of freight & packing based on invoice value as follows –

Rs. 0.00 – Rs. 999 – Rs. 150

Rs. 1000 – Rs. 2999 – Rs. 350

Rs. 3000 – Rs. 9999 – Rs. 500

Rs. 10000 and above – 10% of order value

Refunds: 

All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse.

Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account and COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer ( Please provide your account details for the same ) Please allow 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your bank-statements.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • Credit notes for any returns or exchanges will only be sent to the registered email address or the email address has been used to make the purchase.
  • Replacements will be offered based on availability of product. If we don’t have the replacement product, we’ll be happy to offer you a credit note.
  • Proportionate shipping will be refunded in the form of credit note only if it meets our conditions for a free return i.e. a quality or wrongly delivered product.
  • We are unable to entertain requests to replace a product with a different product, even if the price is the same.
